FOLLOW RIGHT STEPS FOR WEIGHT LOSS

First we need to understand how you are gaining weight, some people think that a diet full of fried foods, giant portions, decadent desserts, alcohol, and sugary soft drinks will lead to weight gain, so guys these are not the only main reasons.

Here are some others factors you must read:

1)    Lack of sleep –The body functions best when well rested otherwise your body experiences physiological stress and biochemically you store more fats.

2)    Stress – You may be gaining weight due to more stress. We live in a society that is very demanding; hence stress affects our mood and emotions.

3)    Skipping breakfast would let you keep starving and may lead to weight gain.

4)    Eating irregular meals

5)    Eating too many simple crabs (Like sugar and white bread) and not enough protein.

Here are some tips that will help you to dropout your weight:    


Have Fruits: Try to eat fruits at least twice a day because they don’t have fat, they are rich in fiber.
  •   Avoid watching TV or messaging or any other distracting activity while having your meals; it will make you eat more.
  •   Exercise regularly: try doing yoga everyday to keep fit and calm as well
  • Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep at night.
  • Avoid heavy meals in dinner it will surely put up your weight. This is because when you sleep there is lack of activity and your metabolism gets slowed down. So you need to take meals like soups, porridge, or brown rice (instead of white rice).    Try to have small meals in a day instead to having food at once.
  •     Brisk walk in the morning is the best way to keep your body fit.
  •    Try to have a balanced diet, which included all the nutrients while you eat.
  •    You should not avoid taking fats, fats should be included in your diet but in small amount.
  •    Go for a walk after your dinner, it will help you burn calories faster.
Remember you don’t need to go for a crash diet  otherwise you are more prone to be weak , the only thing is you need eat food which includes all the nutrients , In other words one should have a balanced diet to keep yourself and healthy and fit .
